Quality determines the sell value of Bikes. A higher quality means more profit!
Quality can be improved by using multiple Workers with a high quality stat when building a car. Using a single worker with a high quality stat, will still result in only a low quality car. The suspected reason for this is because the game considers the average quality of the max number of workers that could work on a car. (Needs verification)
